Our Venison & Organ is perfect for cats and small dogs of all ages. It comes in 1/4lb blocks, sold in 10lb boxes and individual portions. It is especially good for those with protein sensitivities and allergies, or those especially picky pets because it is a low allergen protein.
We do not recommend feeding any of our single protein products on their own, rather they are designed to be mixed and matched. With Raw Feeding variety of proteins is key, both Red and White meats, as well as a calcium source (bone) and organ content being absolutely necessary. Without ensuring these things your pet will be lacking essentials nutrients.
Venison & Organ is a muscle meat and organ blend, lacking in calcium and variety. It pairs well with Chicken & Organ, Chicken & Salmon, Turkey & Organ, Turkey & Salmon, or Rabbit Ground, where it gets calcium (bone) and variety.
All of our Cat blends have slightly higher Heart and Organ content, in comparison to our Dog blends. This is because your cats’ nutritional needs do vary slightly from those of their canine counter parts! Cats are also imprint eaters, meaning they often get stuck on one thing and refuse to eat anything else. Because of this we recommend providing a variety from the beginning to make sure they get all of their nutritional needs met.

60% Boneless Venison
30% bison Heart
10% Bison Organ
Why We Include:
Boneless Venison: Venison is a red meat and is comparable to beef as a source of protein. It is high in vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin E, niacin riboflavin and thiamin and contains a moderate amount of pantothenic acid. It is also an excellent source of iron, phosphorus, potassium, selenium and zinc and contains moderate amounts of copper, magnesium and sodium.
Organ Meat: Taurine is an amino acid found only in meat and in high concentrations in organ meat. Obligate carnivores like cats and ferrets require taurine in their diet because they cannot manufacture it on their own, like dogs can. Uncooked organ meat, especially heart, is the best source of taurine. Cooking destroys this nutrient. A taurine deficiency can cause blindness and heart problems.
